Our Team
Choosing the right person to work at Manor House Nursery is crucial to what we do.
We have over 80 qualified and experienced staff, believing that child-care is a ‘vocation’ and not just a ‘job’. Our team of managers have been selected because of their unique skills, and their length of time at the nursery, which means they understand what different families and children really need.
Our qualified early years teachers organise activities based around stories, songs and rhymes, using role play to help build children’s understanding, and we know children thrive when relationships and bonds are built, bonds that we build through paired family workers. We are also very proud to employ male practitioners; they offer wonderful, positive role models for children. We employ a full-time SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) with her own room and specialist resources, great if a child needs a little bit of extra help or one-on-one support.
All our staff are paediatric first aid trained within 3 months of employment and are fully trained in safeguarding.
All in all, we are very proud of our staff, and it’s them who make Manor House Nursery Group so very special.
